What is lactose intolerance?
Is the inability to process de lactose, the milk sugar. Occurs when the person’s small intestine does not produce the enough amount of lactase (an enzyme or substance that helps in the lactose digestion). The symptoms of lactose intolerance are abdominal pain, swelling, flatulence, diarrhea with you consume milk or derivatives.
